Embrace the power of sound
Embrace a nourishing evening of reflection, relaxation and renewal as we honour the year gone by and gently welcome 2026 with clarity and intention.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial-grade cacao - a heart-opening plant medicine traditionally used to support emotional release, connection, and inner alignment. With softened energy and expanded awareness, you’ll be guided into a gentle intention-setting practice, inviting in what you’re ready to cultivate for the year ahead.
From there, you’ll be cocooned in a deeply restorative sound bath, bathed in healing vibrations from Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments. These frequencies help calm the nervous system, ease stress, release stagnant energy, and bring you into a state of deep rest and inner clarity.
